Installing window's mail for the first time

I am attempting to install windows mail for the first time. I have an
existing email address ([email protected]). When I attempt to add a new
account, it not only ass my name and email address, but also POP accts, etc.
that, as a casual user, goes beyond my knowledge base.

Please assist.

You need to ask your internet provider how to set it up. They may have
a web page that explains what you need.

What email program were you using before?
mail.com should have instructions.

I used to have a mail.com account, but abandoned it when they stopped
free POP access. I'm pretty sure they have only web access.
