Installing win98 on a 2nd drive with win2k on the primary

How can i install windows 98 on my 2nd hardrive (FAT32)
while i have windows 2k as my primary OS on my main drive
(NTFS) WITHOUT reformatting either drive?

You will probably need a 3rd party boot manager
