I need help!!! I have an old computer that had Win 98 on

Linux which removed windows from the computer. Now i wish
to load Windows back on the computer i have a Windows
2000 disc i purhased from the school bookstore i have
loaded on another computer that is now not working and
not in use. My question is how can i get windows 2000
installed on the computer with the Linux OS on it? I dont
need Linux on the computer anymore. when i insert the
windows 2000 disc in the computer it does not auto run
and when i try to open the setup file from the Linux OS

Bob,

First of all check to see the boot sequence on your
PC, it should first boot on your CD Rom, then your A or
floppy drive and the last one should be your Hard Drive.
If your boot sequence is not on this order change it.

Once you change the boot sequence, insert the Windows
2000 disc on the CD Rom and boot your machine. That should
start the installation for your Windows 2000.
