Installing Vista using a virtual drive

Hi. I'm thinking of using a virtual drive (using Daemon Tools) for
installing Windows Vista 5536 instead of burning the ISO on a precious DVD-R.
Does anyone know if it works?

Yes. I installed that way ;) Just make sure you select the correct
partition/drive to install to. (Via custom install)

It works perfectly well. I use that.
