Installing Virtual Radio Emulator

I want to test on emulator a SMS based appilication.
I Installed in sequence :

.. VZ 2005 Professional - obviously :-)
.. Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK
.. Windows Mobile 5.0 Emulator Images for Pocket PC

In the emulators list of the "Device Emulator Manager" I did not see
any "Virtual Radio" emulator, so when I asked this newsgroup, the
suggestion was to install the

.. Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 SDK

I did it but still no "Virtual Radio" are present in the Emulator
Manager.

What have I to do?
