Installing Vieweer 2003 Help

The following instructions are confusing to me. I already have PP Viewer product version 8.0 (older version)
on Win 98 SE. Do I need to install the updated Windows installer?
To install on a computer running Windows 98 Second Edition (SE):

Install the updated Windows installer for Windows 98.
Restart your computer.
Follow the installation instructions in the section above.<

Considering that that instruction comes from the MS download page for the
new Viewer, I'd say yeah, you probably need to install the updated Windows
Installer.
