Installing two NICs

I currently have an XP Pro machine connected to a network with a LAN card.
What I wish to do is add another NIC card so I may print to another network
printer on a different network. The IP and submasks will be different for
each card and I was wondering how this would work. Will I be able to have
access to both networks from the one work station?
