installing the organization chart OLE serveer program?

I keep getting a message when I try to edit a power point org chart
previously done that says I don't have the OLE server program installed on
the computer. I've installed the complete MS Office 2003 program and don't
know where to find this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
