I installed sp3 once already(3 hour download on my dial up connection) and
later uninstalled in, trying to repair a difficult problem(erratic cursor
and graphics slowdown). Now I find that to get 128bit encription for IE5 I
have to reinstalled it. I have sp3 files in my NT/ServicePackFiles folder,
but they aren't 3 hours worth. Is there a way to reinstall sp3 without
having to go through the download process all over again?
