installing software update services

Everytime I try to install WUAU22.msi a message comes back
and says that I must be running Windows 2000 SP2 or
Windows XP. My Pc is running Windows 2000 sp4. What am I
doing wrong?

Nothing. It's part of SP3 and SP4 for 2000, and SP1 for XP.
