How can I install software to the PDA emulator that comes with Visual Studio
..net?

I haven't needed to do this myself yet (the only software I'm downloading to
the emulator is from within VS .NET, so VS .NET handles it), but I believe
you have at least a few options. You can use one of the tools on the Windows
Mobile Developer Power Toys site to make the emulator appear as a device in
ActiveSync, and then copy via ActiveSync explore. I believe you may also be
able to do folder sharing from some emulators, but perhaps not w/ the one
you use from VS .NET (I might be thinking of CE .NET or eVC emulators).

At any rate, use groups.google.com to search this group for previous posts
with more details.

You mean here?

It should allow me to do what I want, but whenever I have tried to get
either the emulator or the Power Toys download ( I try every couple of days)
I get 404 error.
