I haven't needed to do this myself yet (the only software I'm downloading to
the emulator is from within VS .NET, so VS .NET handles it), but I believe
you have at least a few options. You can use one of the tools on the Windows
Mobile Developer Power Toys site to make the emulator appear as a device in
ActiveSync, and then copy via ActiveSync explore. I believe you may also be
able to do folder sharing from some emulators, but perhaps not w/ the one
you use from VS .NET (I might be thinking of CE .NET or eVC emulators).
