Many do come with an install routine. Just double click the .exe file that
you got. (Oh! Did you already scan it for viruses?)
Or, if you downloaded something with a .zip extension, you must unzip it to
a temporary folder. Open it, and there must be some .scr file. Right click
on it, and you'll see an option to install.
