installing psc750 on my Presario with winxp.

I inadvertantly plugged my printer into the usb bus before I ran the install
cd. Of course it self installed minus the extras that came with the cd. Now I
want to uninstall the printer but don't know how. It isnt listed in the add
and remove programs folder. It's installed on a dot4-001 usb. It is listed in
device manager only as dot4-001 hp psc750. How do I uninstall this so I can
run the install cd?
 
Hal; Thanks so much for the info. I have one question. If I delete the
current drivers, etc. rendering my printer unworkable, and the cd still
doesn't install, could I let it reinstall itself of would the drivers be
gone? I know the install cd is good because I used it on 2 other window xp
computers. Thanks again: Gramps
 
I believe this removes the drivers completely so that the system is "clean"
and will allow the install CD to properly install and configure the drivers
correctly.
