I have access to a Shared folder on a remote computer. After I transfer a
file to this folder, how can I run this file as the Admin on the remote
computer. (I have Admin rights)

Thanks

Telnet - Enables a remote user to log on to this computer and run programs,
and supports various TCP/IP Telnet clients.

If the remote PC is an XP Home box look at using UltraVNC with its
encryption plug-in...

I use both depending on what type of OS the remote PC is running...

What I wanted to install remotly was UltraVNC.
I wanted to connect to a Shared Folder on a Win XP Home Computer, Xfer
UltraVNC, then install it on that Computer. I have VNC Manager which lets
you install UVNV to a remote system, but only on systems without simplified
file sharing. XP Home can't turn off Simplified file sharing.
I am looking for alternatives.
Any suggestions???

You had one suggestion (Telnet).

Another would be SysInternals "PSEXEC" tool - assuming you have
administrative rights/an administrative user on the remote system that is
(use Google.)

Call me old fashioned, but in some cases a physical visit to the PC and
sitting down in front of it to install something like UltraVNC may be
appropriate. Particularly when it comes to setting up passwords, alternate
listening ports, etc....
