Installing printer in XP for all users

[Dellboy]

A new XP computer needs to install a network printer for all users that log
on there. Can someone advise how to do this on XP Pro? We run Windows 2003 AD
domain and the PC is a member of the domain. There are a small number of PCs
this needs to be done for.
