installing outlook

My PC needed repair and in the process the system was changed from Microsoft
ME to XP. It came installed with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel 2003.
I like Outlook but I have a 2000 version. I installed it but it asks for
Microsoft Exchange Server and email names. What are they? Now Outlook is
acting as a browser, the program name is My Computer-Microsoft Outlook. How
do I configure it?
