Installing Outlook, it doesn't recognize my key code

I have Microsoft Office Professional I purchased from my school less than a
couple of years ago. I installed everything but FrontPage and Outlook. I
went back a couple of months ago installed the FrontPage. I just decided
last week to install the Outlook, but when I put the product key listed on
the CD it doesn't recognize it saying its invalid. How can I get it to work?
 
I have EXACTLY the same problem! On Tuesday or Wednesday
(4/12/05 or 13) Outlook 2002 suddenly stopped working
correctly and started demanding the CD KEY. I put in the
correct CD key and the Outlook activation screen says that
it isn't valid...even though access, excel, power point
and word work just fine!

Doing a repair from the CD doesn't fix the problem either.

How do I fix this problem?

Remove and re-install Outlook?

Help!!!!!!!!
