Installing on XP SP2 results in Real-time protection not working

This has not happened on all XP SP2 computers, but some
that have SP2 show that the real-time agents are
inactive, and when I try to activate them, nothing
happens. Is there something I'm missing?

I have not tried this on other OS but I have an XP SP2
and I face this problem too. In the last 12 days I have
seen all 3 realtime Agents active only once or twice
(without having to activate them manually) but was not
able to figure out why they do not get activated the rest
of the time.
 
Yes. I'm not going to worry too much about this, as it
is currently Beta. Just wanted to see if I was the only
one affected.
