my home computer runs Windows xp home. My daughter has Office xp Standard for Students and Teachers. This version allows you to load it on a max of 3 computers. She loaded hers on a laptop with xp pro already loaded on and installed the student version before using the computer. When I install the education version, will I "lose" stuff already on my computer? What happens to my Outlook Express when I install the Outlook on the education version? Help

First off, nothing will happen. Outlook Express and Outlook are separate
products.

Secondly, I'm not sure of the legalities you present here - the person using
the software must be the one who uses it on all machines - and 3 copies
seems higher than I recall..

Anyone have more information here?

Toby is fine on this ... following is from the MS licensing page at
http://tinyurl.com/2rk3u
"Install Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 on up to three
computers in your home without having to buy extra licenses. All
household members are now also licensed to use it."
