Go to the Epson web site and download the driver for the printer for the
Windows version that you are using. You cannot install Windows 9x
drivers on Windows XP.

I did download the driver from epson and I still got the
message I sent u. I could install the scanner driver
with no problem. Any thoughts?

Sorry. After doing some additional research on the error message (which
I cannot conceive why this is happening if the driver being installed is
a 43 bit driver, the correct driver for the system and not a 16 bit
driver intended for a 16 bit system), I have nothing further. I hope
someone else does.
