No and no, but Microsoft has announced that there will be a version of this
program which may well have exactly those features, and which will cost
money. No dates announced.

There is some information about unattended installation and removal
available:

Unattended uninstall:

MsiExec.exe /X {536F7C74-844B-4683-B0C5-EA39E19A6FE3} /L *vx /Log
c:\msas.log /quiet

Be aware of this issue, however:

block administrative actions that originate from a central management tool
