Installing Macromedia Shockwave

Whenever I try to install this program, it tell me that i do not have
authority to completre the changes that will be made. It tells me to log in
as administrator. I am the administrator, and am logged in as such. This is
on a LAN/WAN. I have tried as Administrator for this particular coimputer
and as Administrator of the entirre network, and I get the same results
either way. What do I need to do?
