Installing Kyocera 7135 software on Windows XP

I recently purchased a Kyocera 7135. My XP will not allow the CD Rom
to totally load. I have spent hours on the phone with the Kyocera
techs. I can load the CD on another computer (not XP). I have a Dell
Inspiron 8200 (XP) and Dell tells me it is Kyocera's problem. I don't
think so. I think it has something to do with XP but I can't get
anyone to address it. Any suggestions?
