If anybody know this issue, please help me. I have
english window xp home and want to install Japanese
program. I tried but the caractors got crazy on the same
page and couldn't finish installation either.
I was asking around for this situation but it kinds of
perticuler, nobody not really knows. I am thinking to
creat multiple boot system. one for the english which is
original and add Japanese. But I am not too sure if it's
really good idea to do it or I can even do it.
If you know anything about this or if you ever try to do
this please let me know!

Download and install AppLocale from Microsoft's website. You can then
configure your Japanese program to run using the Japanese codepage, so that
you can view the characters without having any impact on the rest of your
system.
