installing internet Explorer 6 pack security update

I can not get the update to install all components of the
security update, because it won't install all of them it
installs none and keeps telling me to start installation
all over, only to go through the circle again. Does anyone
know how I can get the security update to install. I have
windows mellinum at work and home and have the same exact
problem on both computers. This leads me to beleive it's a
mellinum issue. Can anyone help.
