I've made an IE toolbar, when I install it (with regsvr32.exe) I want
it to be active and displayed in its own band. (not sharing a band
with another toolband).

Can anyone give me some tips on how to do this ?

Do you have the toolbars locked? Right click the IE
toolbar, one of the options should be Lock the Toolbars and
will have a check in front or no check. With the toolbars
unlocked there should be a 4 dot column in front of your
first icon of your newly created toolbar. Hover the mouse
over the 4 dots left click and drag your toolbar up or down
and it will become it's own line.
