installing IE 5.5 on win 2k server

Hello,
I have a win 2k server without internet connectivity, I need to install
Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6.

I'm thinking to download it on another computer and burn it on a cd and
install it that way,

what site can I download the full version of IE?
