Installing Hotfix when not in Windows

Hi there-

I recently was forced to get the KB841382 Hotfix, thanks
to KB835732 screwing up my friends' computer.
Unfortunately, I cannot log onto Windows, and have access
to the drive only when in the Recovery console. Can
anyone tell me how I would go about installing the hotfix
from here, or if there's another way I should be going
about it? It would be graetly appreciated. Thanks!

Remove KB835732 in Safe Mode. FYI KB841382 blue screened
my PC, so prepare to remove that too when it doesn't work.
