Installing Frontpage 2002 on Windows ME problem

Hi,

I just purchased Frontpage 2002 and am trying to install
it on my computer, Windows ME(OS). Every time the auto run
feature kicks in (or even when I try to setup manually) I
get two error windows. One pops up, and then the other
pops up right behind it. This is exactly what they say:

(1st Window)
The MSIEXEC.EXE file is linked to missing export
MSI.DLL:222


(Behind that window pops up another window reading:)

Cannot launch C:\Windows\System\msi.exe

A device attached to the system is not functioning



Would appreciate any help. Thanks!!
