Installing Front Page 2003 on A Server

Hi there - Recently I had FP2003 on my office computer. However, I have moved
it to the server (so that others can edit their webpage information - don't
ask) and am trying to shortcut to it from my office computer desktop. The
installation went fine on the server and creating a shortcut to it is fine as
well. However, when I click on my short cut I get an error saying 'this
operating system isn't configured .. etc.etc..." and when I click ok, another
window shows up that says 'MSO.DLL not found."

Any advice? Thanks in advance!
