installing fonts

I downloaded some new fonts off the internet and unzipped
them and everything is fine except for when I go
to 'Install New Fonts' on the list and add it in, it
gives me a message that says, 'The AC____.TTF file is
currently being used and cannot be replaced. Wait until
Windows is finished using the file, and then try again.'
I dont know why it is saying this because I am not using
it in any way, can someone help?

Try it from the Safe Mode.
