The game worked fine for a while, then it started to cut me off in the middle
of missions, telling me that my trial has expired, and to enter a product key
to continue. I already DO have the full deluxe version. Then it started
having errors on startup, and it told me to reinstall it. I uninstalled and
reinstalled.. and then I got this message after the half hour it took to
install it.

I then endevour to contact microsoft about it, but they require a product
identification number.. which can only be aquired once the product is
installed. Someone help me, please?

This has been extremely frustrating to me, and I believe I'll think twice
about buying another Microsoft product.

I recently bought a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator Deluxe. When I
installed it, it wouldn't let me activate the software and would shut down
after 30 minutes. I did the install repair, and then the uninstall and the
install again i then went to the help page and followed the directions to do
a "clean boot for XP" and then I had to do a RegEdit change to "PartMgr" from
a 0. It then allowed me to activate and play the game. Then I downloaded your
Microsoft Flight Simulator Deluxe SP1, and it told me I needed to activate
the game again. As you can imagine it won't allow me to do this. So I called
Microsoft's infamous tech support line and after we tried a restore that
didn’t work, I was told that there is nothing I can do except reinstall my
Window's operating system or call Microsoft's refund center and get a refund.
