I have XP Professional, SP1 is installed. I just
purchased Encarta 2004 and find that I cannot install the
program. In fact, the window is totally blank when I
click on the CD drive. Using the "run" <setup> command
doesn't work either. I returned the program to where I
bought it & they were able to install it on a machine
running XP. I switched the original progream for another,
but had the same problem I had with the original one. I
was able to install it on a machine running Windows 2K.
What is going on here? Has anyone else had this problem?
