Installing Digital Imaging Suite 9

I just bought Digital Imaging Suite 9. I have a Sony
Vaio computer that came with Windows XP pre-installed (I
don't have the install disks for XP). When I try to
install the Microsoft DIS9 it comes back and asks for the
original install disk.

Any suggestions how I can get past this problem?
 
Find a folder (usually inside Windows folder) called i386. When it asks for
an alternative location for the files, point it at that folder.

The install procedure doesn't give me an option to
redirect the search for the disk. Can I make a disk for
the system recovery disks I have or from the files on my
hard drive?
