Installing Business Contact Manager

I installed Office 2003 Pro without any problems. When I
install Business Contact Manager it hangs 2/3 through the
install every time. I have deleted the partially
installed folder, rebooted the machine, powered it down an
up again - and it still hangs in the same place. Anyone
have any ideas as to a solution?

Since we have so little setup troubleshooting information on BCM, you
probably should initiate a support incident with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You
will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the
request for help if you have a retail version of Office.

Note that there is a new microsoft.public.outlook.bcm group.
