Installing Business Contact Manager

I cannot install Business Contact Manager. It says I
have to enable the file and print sharing before I can
install the Contact Manager. How do I enable this
feature.

Anyone has any idea.
 
Which operating system are you using? It makes a
difference on how you would make those changes.
