Installing Belgium (French) keyboard?

Hi all,

I have some software that requires the On-Screen Keyboard
from Microsoft, Belgium (French) version.

The docs to set it up have screen shots that are very easy
to follow -- Control Panel -> Regional Options, etc, etc.

But they show the selection of a Belgium (French)
keyboard, whereas I only seem to have "Belgium (Comma)"
and "Belgium (Period)".

1) Can I install the Belgium (French) keyboard from
somewhere?

2) If not, what are the differences between
the "punctuation" keyboards that I have and the Belgium
(French) keyboard?
