Installing BCM without the CD

I recently bought a laptop off ebay with Microsoft Office Professional 2003
pre-installed. The seller that sold me the computer has a multi-user
license, so he cannot provide me with the CD. Is there any other way to
install the BCM add-in w/o the CD? Can I buy it seperately?

Hi Justin,
yes indeed. You can buy it seperately, i would look, if you can get one
licence with cd on e-bay!
But in your case, i would looking for Office Pro 2003 with BCM!
So if you have any problems and need to reinstall, you always have a cd!

You just paid for software that you don't own - the seller probably
installed it on a laptop and sold it as is... They get more money for the
laptop because it comes with Office 2003 preinstalled while keeping the CDs
so they can reinstall on their machine if need be. In other words, you have
a pirated version of Office.

If I were you I'd contact them and tell them you have a right to that
software or a reasonable refund to cover the expense of buying a license for
yourself. Did you get a Windows CD as well, or did the seller give you the
same excuse? I'd report them to Ebay if they don't cooperate...
