Installing BCM on Outlook 2003 on Vista 64

I keep trying to install Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 on Vista
64. I have .net 3.0 framework on my computer. However, when I try to
install it tells me that I need to install .net 1.0 or cancel the install.
So I tried to install 1.0 and it directs me to a confusing website from
Microsoft. I am also getting this problem with Office 2003 Add-in: Outlook
Calendar Views.

Although it may be possible to run BCM 2003 with Vista, it's not
supported. On top of that, .NET 1.0 is probably not compatible with
Vista 64.
