Hi again !
Well... I've done some tests... and logs !
This is my situation:
When I launch Excel, the windows installer try to install a new feature (or
try to repair a damage). So the Windowsinstaller dialog box appear the
progress bar go to 100%... and then the progress bar will be rolledback !!!
If I reexecute Excel, the same thing appears.
In the grouppolicy I've disabled the rollback option, and then Excel start
the windows installer, start (or repair) itself, and no problem ! now Excel
works fine and the Windows installer never appear.
So, I've tried to install the .NET Framework, but to install it the
"Disabled rollback" option must be clear to allow windows installer to roll
back the installation process. And again... I've the same problem !!
at the end of the installation of the .NET Framework the roll back appear
without any error !!!
The log file generated don't display any error, at the half of the log file
I see the start of the rollback actions.
Why Windows installer cause all of these problems?
What can I do to resolve this issue?
I've launch a sfc /scannow command without more results.
Thanks for your help !!!

Jerome,
You need to find why the installation is rolling back. To do that, tell
Windows Installer to perform detailed logging of installation steps via the
following
msiexec /i 'application'.msi /l*v c:\install.log
substituting the application name in place of the 'application'
