Installing an existing WinXP Prof on a new pc

Hi,
I'd like to know the following and shall be grateful if
somebody can help me:

1. I have a WinXP Prof on my pc and wish to change my pc
and install the WInXP Prof on a new pc. What should one
do for the license, and what other steps are necessary?

2. If one has to format a pc containing WinXP Prof and
re-install the WInXP Prof on the same pc, then what about
the license and other steps to be take, if any?

In either case, you still have to reactivate your copy. If it won't
activate over the internet, you'll be prompted to do so by telephone. If
you actually have to speak to a human, explain the situation and they'll
issue a new activation code.
