I have a HP system that I bought (new) that had Windows XP Home Edition
installed. It's been kept up to date, currently running SP3. I received no
installation CD. I would like to install the Windows XP Backup utility. Is
it possible to do this without an XP installation CD?

Thanks in advance.

You can download the installation file from this web site.

If you are looking to do full backups of your system, you need to look at
getting a utility like Acronis TrueImage. It will present you with many more
options than Windows Backup..

You can find Windows CD images on Torrent sites, and use it for
repairs and such, just don't install with it.
