I have a customer that uses a Palm Pilot, they are now using a Terminal
Server 2003.
Does anyone have directions or can assist me to setup the Palm Pilot to be
redirected from the local system to the server to syncronize his Outlook 2003.

Thanks

Thanks for responding, I did find this article, thanks. But, this discribes
using a COM port, the new devices are using USB. Any thoughts?

Not what I was hoping for.
Its strange the rdp can redirect almost any local device but not the palm.
I may have to see if there is an inexpensive usb to com convertor to try the
first suggestion, else install Outlook locally and point his PST to the
server. Ouch!!
Thanks for the assistance.

Yes, this is a feature that is often asked for.
Here's an article by Citrix which explains rather well why some USB
connected peripherals are supported, and others not.
Note that the recently released Citrix PS 4 *does* support USB
connected PDAs.
