installing a new screen saver

Hi everyone. I'm trying to install a new screen saver that I got from a web sight that is in a zipped file. How do I get that in my file of screen savers since there is no way of browsing my files to choose it that way?
 
Instructions are most likely in the zip file. Beware, it could contain spyware.

Hi Anne,

Unzip, after letting it rest a few days and examining it thoroughly
with AV software, (for screensavers can be used as camouflage for
virus)

Put it on the Windows\System32 folder
