installing a missing file

When i open computer, i get message saying : Windows cannot find c:/windows/dll.reg.exe, then a message that says it cannot run the file, then Windows cannot find c:/windows/system32/vsdmgr32.exe

I have tried to go to the first disc drivers and utilities, but that did not work

Anyone know what to do?

Insert your master cd and then go to a dos prompt command and type this sfc/scannow

Hi dennis,

Thesse are not Windows files. It looks like you had malware.
Delete those files from Start > run > msconfig

Try downloading, installing and updating the
spyware removers from the links below. Run both of them.
