Installer runs during boot-NAVCE.msi

SInce blaster virus got me and even after running fixblast
and updating windows, the installer runs during boot up
looking for NAVCE.msi. I have to hit cancel 3 times to
continue boot. Any idea how to stop this. NAV seems to run
fine.
 
NOthing in there interesting. I should add...that if I
open the NAV it does the same thing, wants to install.
 
It's some kind of repair going on, presumably because NAV starts up at boot
time and does something that causes Windows Installer repair to kick in. The
event log might have some entries for MsiInstaller in the Application log.
