Installer Errors

Hello,

I am trying to install SmartBorder, customs software accessed through IE. I
upgraded from XPSP2 to Vista RC1 a few days ago.

When I try to log in through IE it gives me this error:


SB_INIT_V3

Run-Time error '53':

File not found

If I try to bypass IE and log into the program from a shortcut in program
files, it logs in fine but as soon as I try doing anything it gives me this
error:

There was an error generated in the application. Componet
'VSFLext7_187.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a
file is missing or invalid

When I try re-installing the software
(http://www.smartborder.com/sbdependsxpsp2.msi), I get the following error:

SmartBorder System Dependencies

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required
for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your suppor personnel
or package vendor.

If anyone has any insight or would care to comment or try installing I would
really appreciate any help.
