Help!!! I had XP Pro on my C: drive and wanted to clean install XP Home. I guess I missed something in the install but XP Home installed to my D: drive! I now had a multiboot situation on my hands. I clean installed Home onto my C: drive but now my computer wants to multiboot with two XP Homes!!!! How do I uninstall XP Home from my D: drive??? I just want this drive to be a recepticle for my system backup. Can anybody help?!?!? Thanks so much!

Carol,

Are you sure you are dual-booting? can you explore the drives and see the
installations on both the C: and D: drives? Or, are you just presented with
a menu at bootup, giving you the option of running Windows XP or Windows XP?

I ask, because I had an installation (re-installation), and I got such a
menu. It was bogus...they both referenced the same partition and
installation.

Just asking...
