Hi. I'll take whatever help I can get. I installed
Windows XP on my office computer that has been running
Office XP (Outlook 2002) just fine for at least 6 months.
I have 3 separate email accounts set up in Outlook. When
I installed the new O/S everything seemed ok at first,
then within about an hour I got an error message that one
of my email accounts was not working. I went into tools
to check the settings and they looked ok (the other 2
email accounts were still fine at this point). Then I
went into one of the working email accounts to check the
settings to compare to the one not working and instantly
I had 2 not working. Being the not-so-bright person that
I am, and wanting to check my theory, I now have 3 email
accounts that will neither send or receive mail.

Any suggestions. I've already checked with my DSL
provider. It's not on their end.

Have you tried creating a new mail profile, or, otherwise, uninstalling and
reinstalling your mail accounts?

Thanks for the effort. That was the first thing I tried.
No luck. Fortunately I have a backup email account to use.
