Installed video card that deleted? task bar and start button

I installed a nvidia video card for gaming and when i did
it deleted the task bar. Is there any way to install it
without totally redoing the whole program? I already
went into the control panel and when i clicked on the
task bar icon, it does nothing. It is just gone. Any
suggestions?
